When I rang to ask if you had some leggings in stock, the lady suggested an alternate pair I might like, sent me a photo, and just made it so easy. I ended up purchasing both items. I really, really appreciated being able to talk to a real person who knew what they were talking about regarding clothes they stock (size, styles etc) My items were posted very quickly and presented beautifully.
