Is it safe to order online?

Of course. The Enchanted Child uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please contact us to arrange payment.

Are my personal details safe with The Enchanted Child?

The Enchanted Child practices safe e–commerce. We do not share any of our customers' information with any other parties.

How much does delivery cost?

Australia wide delivery for orders  is currently a flat rate of only $9.95. Bulky items and remote areas may require an additonal shipping fee. We will quote you on this prior to processing your order.

FREE Standard Delivery (3-5 days) for all other Australian orders. Bulky items and remote areas may require an additonal postage cost. 
The Enchanted Child cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Does The Enchanted Child deliver worldwide?

WE NO LONGER SHIP OVERSEAS. Sorry.

When will my order be sent?

For all orders placed by 3pm we endeavour send them out that day. If not, they will be sent out by 9.30am the following day.

How can I place an order?

Online using Paypal. Alternatively, you can contact us to make a purchase using your credit card over the phone. (03) 5983 5503 during shop hours

Do you offer Lay-by?

Not at the present time online. However you can call the shop and we can arrange a Lay-by over the phone for you. (03)5983-5503

What are the returns/exchange policy?

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before posting to our customers. However if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange or refund the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.
