Returns & Exchanges
We love a happy customer!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have changed your mind, please contact us and we can arrange for an exchange or refund.

Simply send the item back to us within 10 days. Items must be in the original sale condition, unworn and unused and in its original packaging with all tags still intact. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include a prepaid bag for us to send the item back to you with your returned item.

We do not accept exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.

Should a product you purchased from The Enchanted Child be faulty please contact us for an exchange or refund.
