Delivery

Delivery methods and costs: We currently send packages domestically via Australia Post. The cost of postage varies depending on the weight of your order. 

Bulky items and some states may require an additional postage fee. Postage to some Australian states may require additional postage, depending on your location and the size and weight of your parcel. We will quote you on this prior to processing your order. 

If you would like to add additional tracking, please contact us. Otherwise, you can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Please Note: The Enchanted Child cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. We send all our products to you in perfect condition. If they arrive damaged in any way, please contact Australia Post and make a claim.

Shipping to multiple addresses: If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Other free shipping offers: From time to time we offer special free shipping promotions. Sign up to receive our newsletter in the footer of all pages on our website so you don't miss out!

International Orders: We currently do not post outside of Australia.

Pre-orders: You are most welcome to order things before they arrive. The date they are due to arrive is an estimation. The item may arrive earlier or it may arrive later. We have no control over this, but we do our best to put in as accurate a date as possible. If an item on your order arrives separately to our stores, we will hold your order until all items are available to send to you. If you prefer to have your order sent in separate deliveries, please contact us. We do ask for additional postage to be paid for the second order.
