What is a pre order?
A pre order is an order placed for an item in our online store which has not yet arrived.
Pre ordering is a great way to ensure that you are the first to receive and don’t miss out on an item from a new (or old) collection.
How do I place a pre order?
Placing a pre order is just the same as placing a normal online order, although you will not receive your item until the new collection has arrived.
To place a pre order, select the size you would like to purchase, and click 'add to bag' to go through the payment process like a normal online order.
When will I be charged?
Payment for your pre order item is instant. You will be charged via your nominated payment method as soon as the order is placed.
How do I know when my pre order item will be sent?
As soon as your pre-ordered item is received by us, we will send the order out that day. You will receive an email notifying you that your item has been sent.
PLEASE NOTE: If part of your order is available but the other part remains on pre-order, we will hold the order until all items arrive. If you wish to have a partial order sent, we will require additional postage to be paid for the second parcel to be sent. I'm sure you understand.
