The Enchanted Child cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

We send all your orders via Australia Post. We endeavour to send them weekdays before 10am. Orders placed after that will be sent the following day. How long it takes to get to you depends on Australia Post.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have changed your mind, please contact us and we can arrange for an exchange or credit. Simply send the item back to us within 10 days. Items must be in the original sale condition, unworn, unopened and unused and in the original packaging with all tags still intact. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include a prepaid bag for us to send the item back to you with your returned item. We do not accept exchanges on items that were purchased on sale. If a product you purchased from The Enchanted Child be faulty please contact us for an exchange or refund.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty? We check everything before posting to our customers. However if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange or refund the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.
