Is it safe to order online? The Enchanted Child uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please contact us to arrange payment.

Are my personal details safe with The Enchanted ChildThe Enchanted Child practices safe e–commerce. We do not share any of our customers' information with any other parties.

How much does delivery cost? Australia wide delivery for orders  is currently a flat rate of only $8.95. Bulky items and remote areas may require an additional shipping fee. We will quote you on this prior to processing your order. If you would like to add additional tracking, please contact us. Otherwise, you can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Please Note: The Enchanted Child cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Does The Enchanted Child deliver worldwide? We no longer post overseas.

When will my order be sent? For all orders placed by 3pm we endeavour to send them out that day. If not, they will be sent out by 9.30am the following day.

How can I place an order? Online using Afterpay, Paypal, credit card or bank deposit. Alternatively, you can contact us to make your purchase using your credit card over the phone. 0419 115 872 during shop hours.

Do you offer Lay-by? We offer Lay-by in store only. 

What are the returns/exchange policy? We love a happy customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have changed your mind, please contact us and we can arrange for an exchange or refund. Simply send the item back to us within 10 days. Items must be in the original sale condition, unworn and unused and in its original packaging with all tags still intact. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include a prepaid bag for us to send the item back to you with your returned item. We do not accept exchanges on items that were purchased on sale. If a product you purchased from The Enchanted Child be faulty please contact us for an exchange or refund.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty? We check everything before posting to our customers. However if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange or refund the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.
